John Fitzgerald » President
John has served as President of MFR since its founding in 2004. He has more than two decades of experience financing manufacturing equipment. Under John’s leadership, MFR has been able to help thousands of manufacturers easily acquire equipment necessary for their operations. He implements business strategies that align with customers’ needs to construct a distinctive difference in service. He holds an Accounting and Finance degree from Central Connecticut State University. John works out of MFR’s corporate headquarters located in Windsor, CT.
Kevin Schaefer » Vice President
Kevin has been with MFR since 2004 and has worked in the equipment finance industry for 24 years. MFR continues to be positively impacted by Kevin’s extensive experience and intense commitment to our customers and vendors. He consistently ensures their business needs are aligned with financing programs offered. Kevin holds an Accounting and Finance degree from Northern IL University and is based in the Chicago area.
Chris Kemp » Vice President
Chris joined MFR in 2017. He has over 23 years’ experience financing machine tools, structural steel, and fabrication equipment. Whether it is managing OEM vendor finance programs or direct end-user financing, Chris’s understanding of the manufacturing industry provides customers the most competitive financing to help them grow their businesses. Chris holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama and is based in Florida.
Huong Do » VP of Business Development/Operations
Huong joined MFR in 2017. She has been working in the machine tool industry for more than 12 years and possesses almost 10 years’ experience in mortgage sales and operations. In her current role, Huong leads strategic sales, marketing and operation initiatives for the Company. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from University of Connecticut. Huong is located in the corporate headquarters in Windsor, CT, and travels extensively for MFR, having the opportunity to often meet with vendors and manufacturers at equipment trade shows across the country.
Tom Donnelly » Business Development Manager
Tom has spent over 22 years of his career in sales. He spent the last 17 years in the equipment finance industry. The business relationships that he built through the years is a direct reflection of his passion to help the manufacturing sector. He works with vendors and end users to provide the appropriate finance solution to meet each client’s unique tax and accounting needs. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from University of Rio Grande and is based in Ohio.
Lisa Luedtke » Regional Account Manager
Lisa became a member of the MFR sales team in 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication equipment financing, as well as business development. Lisa’s professionalism and knowledge in these fields assists MFR’s customers in securing the best financing options available. Her prompt and honest representation of MFR serves both vendors and manufacturers well. Lisa received a degree in Marketing/Communications from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Lisa is based in Minnesota and specializes in providing finance services to the fabrication industry.
Lars Myles » Account Manager
Lars has been working in finance since 2014. He joined MFR in 2017 as an Account Manager based in the Chicago area. Lars received a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Affairs and Public Financial Management from Indiana University. His skills in the areas of finance and marketing assist customers in finding the best financing options to meet their day-to-day business and manufacturing needs. His fresh insight into the industry adds value to MFR.
